Registration Details

Once the quote has been confirmed, the procedure is as follows:

A. Complete the reservation form and attach the copies (scans) of the first pages of your passports which are essential.
Most Asian countries, including China, require that the passport still be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.

B. Upon receipt of your contact details, we will prepare a travel contract and a deposit invoice. After your signature, the contract needs to return to us as well as the deposit payment. At the same time, we are sending you the list of documents required to apply for your Chinese visas.

C. After receipt of the signed contract and the actual payment of the deposit from you, we will register your contract and make all the reservations for your trip.

D. Once all the reservations have been validated, we will confirm with you by email.

The different payment methods:

By transfer: The handling charge at around 20 €, and you will have to get compulsory travel insurance.

By your credit card: The handling charge is of the order of 2.3% of the transaction amount, and you can benefit from insurance related to your card if necessary.

By Paypal: The handling charge is 4.65% of the total amount of the transaction, and you benefit from insurance related to your card if applicable.

By transfer linked to your card via Western Union: By far the most economical procedure, both secure and which allows you to keep the insurance-linked to your credit card.

For example, the costs will be limited to 0.096% for a trip up to 3000 €. The procedure is simple to carry out via their website or the postal bank.

All you need to do is create an account on their website, enter the destination country and the bank details of our account. Then proceed with the transfer using your bank card information entered on their online form.

Whatever the chosen payment method, we remain at your disposal to assist you in this process.

Information: You may be able to benefit from some insurances by paying for your trip with your credit card. We draw your attention to the need to check beforehand the extent of your guarantees and that they are well suited to your trip.

Each credit card has its implementation rules. Some travel insurances will be included if you pay the stipulated travel expenses by swiping the card, and others will be content with a minimum percentage of the total amount of the trip.

Payment terms

A 30% deposit will be requested upon booking to definitively validate your file.

The balance can be paid before your departure or possibly in euros and cash on your arrival to avoid unnecessary costs and guarantee the reliability of our services.

In this case, it is advisable to withdraw the amount in advance because the distributors on-site set daily withdrawal limits (150 euros per day) and per week.

Please send us a copy of your travel insurance certificate, as well as the emergency contact details in your country.
