Nuodeng
Nuodeng, 180 kilometers away from Dali City, is located in the northwest of Yunlong County and retains a large number of Ming and Qing dynasty buildings. The evolution and development of Nuodeng Village depend entirely on the rise and fall of the salt industry economy. Through the trip of the ancient salt well, salt workshop, Jade Emperor Taoist buildings, Confucian temple, and so many ancient architectures, visitors would understand why it is known as the “Millennium Bai Village”.
Tips: The village is sloped and can only be reached on foot so the mule can help carry heavy objects. Stone lane may be slippery on rainy days, so we recommend that you equip yourself with a stick.
