Chinese Cooking Class

The cooking class of Dali begins by visiting a local market in Xizhou Town to discover the ingredients for the dishes, then go to a local family of Bai minority to learn some classic dishes of Chinese and Yunnan flavor. You will learn a famous Yunnan dish called “Grandma Potatoes” (Sour mashed potatoes), spicy cucumber salad, spring roll, and fish-flavored eggplant. You will also learn how to make the famous Chinese dish, dumplings.
